We try to keep prices, availability and other information up to date, but they can change. A written quote from us takes priority over anything shown here. Any prices shown are guides, not offers.
We can't promise the site will always be available or free of errors. Links to other websites are there for convenience, and we're not responsible for what's on them.
Quotes and bookings
These terms apply when you ask us to do work. Your written quote sets out exactly what's included.
- Prices: we're not registered for VAT, so there's no VAT to add. Anything outside the quote is agreed with you before we do it.
- Deposit: 50% of the agreed price when you accept our written quote.
- Payment: the second 50% is due when your site goes live; care plans are paid monthly and can be cancelled at any time. A further 10% off the price if it's paid within 3 hours of our written quote — the same offer for every client, never a countdown or pressure tactic on this site..
- Changing your mind: see Cancellations and refunds, including your 14-day right to cancel.
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
